I'm an incoming engineering male postdoc looking for a studio OR a private bedroom in a shared apartment near the hospital/engineering quad - looking for year-long leases starting in mid/late July.

Mainly looking at options within WALKING distance to Palo Alto caltrain station, but open to living within walking distance to Menlo Park/Cal Ave caltrain stations.
