I always had it covered underneath two mattress protectors + a fitted sheet, but there is a light stain (not visible in photo but feel free to ask to see it)
I also have a drawer full of IKEA wooden coat hangers, selling $0.50 each or I can give a discount if you buy them in bulk ($5 for ~16 hangers)
