We're a group of grad students and young professionals that're looking for a roommate for one of the rooms which'll be opening up soon. The house is about 3 miles from campus and 15 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by car. It's in a quiet area and everyone here is pretty quiet as well. I am a male, and everyone else here is female and they are wanting another female since the room shares a bathroom with two of them. The house has 5 rooms (so will be 5 of us total) and a pretty big yard area. Parking would be on the street in front of the house but is free (no street sweeping rules either) and the area is super safe. Let me know if you are interested or want some more photos :)

Room price: ~$1485 a month plus utilities ($150 a month on average)
The room: Corner room with a small balcony, and shared bathroom
Parking: Street parking (free, and the street is not a through-road)
