Hi all,
My name starts with "H" and I'm a recent Stanford master's grad. I’ll be working full-time in Palo Alto starting in September and am looking for a sublet (or other housing arrangement) in or near Palo Alto from September through December—though I’m flexible, especially on the end date.
I'm 26, female, clean, and respectful. My ideal budget is under $1,200/month, though I could go up to $1,500 for the right place (I know that’s a stretch for Palo Alto!). I’ll be working for a local nonprofit doing creative, mission-driven work that I’m really passionate about—happy to share more if you're curious! It's fulfilling work, just not tech-money work. :-)
I’m open to various housing setups, including:
-A traditional sublet with roommates
-A room in a family’s home or ADU (happy to exchange services like tutoring, dog-walking, etc. for reduced rent)
-Community or cooperative housing
Even if you don’t have a place available, I’d really appreciate any leads or suggestions on where to look. Thank you so much in advance!
