Looking for a roommate to split a 4B2B house in Newark. I use two rooms as bedroom + office, looking for a single roommate for the two remaining rooms, which are currently furnished as a bedroom and office. Living room, kitchen, and laundry would be shared, and garage parking available.
Location is in a gated community in Newark's old town neighborhood, about a 5 minute drive to the Dumbarton bridge and 25 minute drive to Stanford.
Bedroom + office for $1500/month, utilities shared (~$125/month).
If you're interested in bedroom only, that is also a possibility.
Available on a monthly basis starting July 20th. Security deposit determined based on length of stay. $29 credit check required.
About me: I'm a 39 y/o female, Stanford alum, work in tech, my hobbies include volunteering, reading, and occasional hikes. I'm generally quiet, so looking for someone who doesn't throw parties, but having some friends over is fine. No drugs or smoking, would be ok if you have a well-behaved cat.
