9. Parking: Menlo Park Annual Parking Permit. My current roommate has the larger room with two closets, so to make things fair I park my car in the one parking spot provided by the landlord. Our apartment has other free parking spots; however, those are on first come first serve basis.
10. I'm looking for a female roommate who can help keep the shared spaces clean and organized, along with respecting quiet hours after 10:00 PM on week nights.
11. The living room and dining area are unfurnished because we weren't sure if we would live here long-term. We moved in last year of April. My roommate was planning to apply to grad school, so now that she has gotten in she will be leaving end of August. I'm happy to furnish the areas together with the new roommate:)
