Hi! I’m a working professional (Stanford ’22) relocating full-time from San Francisco and looking for a peaceful, private place in the South Bay. Long-term lease preferred.
Preferred Cities: I work in Santa Clara and will be on campus at Stanford very often, so Santa Clara or Palo Alto (ideally). But I’m also open to Mountain View, San Jose, Sunnyvale, Menlo Park, Los Altos, Cupertino, Milpitas, or Saratoga. Finding the right unit is more important to me than adding on an extra 10 minutes to my commute.
Type: Entire studio or 1 BR preferred; also open to guesthouses, in-law units, or very well sound-insulated rooms (I take late calls & occasionally sing)
Budget: < $2,000 /mo — can stretch for the right unit, or shrink if you hit some of my preferences but not all. I'm flexible so let's chat!
Space: ~1,000 sq ft would be lovely, but smaller is fine as long as there’s a kitchen with an oven
Parking: Street or garage parking required
Move-in window: Anytime Jun 25 – Aug 25 (the sooner the better)
I’m quiet, tidy, and have never, ever missed a rent payment. Happy to provide references, prove my excellent credit, and submit a security deposit.
