I’m subletting my premium studio apartment in EVGR, the newest building on Stanford Campus.

• Fully furnished: bed, desk, closet, etc. (mix of Stanford-provided and our own furniture)
• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, cookware, etc.)
• Private bathroom
• Very quiet and secure building with laundry facilities
• Drop in study/work rooms on every floor
• Free public transport right in front of building
Available: July 3rd – July 28
Price for this period: $2,100 (standard rate as per Stanford contract)
Possible extension until August 4
Will require a $200 security deposit.
