This is a hybrid acoustic electric guitar. It has a strong resonant sound acoustically (i.e. not plugged in) and a decent tone when plugged into an amplifier.

Great guitar for someone who needs both an amplified guitar and a good acoustic instrument.

Action is low and the intonation is great. Strings are a little old now, but easy to replace.

No damage on the guitar except for two small cracks on the gloss near the humming bird inlay. The wood is intact and it has no effect to the sound.

Note that the back of the guitar is made of a durable plastic, but the rest of the guitar is made of wood.
