I'm looking for a housemate to fill a private room in my fully renovated 2 bed, 1 bath home in central Menlo Park, near Sand Hill. The house is a charming farmhouse-inspired bungalow on a quiet one-way street with plenty of street parking. It’s just blocks from the shopping and dining at Woodside Plaza, with easy access to downtown Redwood City, Highway 280, 101, and is bikeable to Stanford University and the Stanford Shopping Center (about 20 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by car). The room comes with a large closet, and amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, a backyard garden space, and monthly professional cleaning.
A bit about me: I’m a female business professional working in Palo Alto. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful, and I really value having a peaceful and comfortable home. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, hiking, taking fitness classes, playing volleyball with friends, and spending time outdoors or exploring the area.
