Hi! I'm a stanford new grad looking for a female roommate to take over my roommate’s 12-month lease in a Rincon Hill apartment. The lease is $2500/month for one person and begins July 11, but you can move in later until start of August if needed. The building is a super nice luxury high-rise with a gym, in-unit laundry, and parking garage. We have a 2Br/2Bath unit.
