I am currently subletting a room in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in the heart of the Mission District. The location is very centralized: about a 10-15 minute bike from Caltrain, 1 block from Valencia Street, and about 2-3 blocks from Mission Dolores Park. We are looking for somebody who is:

- Willing to sublet from early July to late August
- Okay with sharing an apartment with myself (25/M) and my roommate (26/M)
- Okay with sharing a bathroom with just my roommate
- Okay with my cat being in the apartment (probably starting from early August)

The rent is $1650/mo, which includes all utilities. The unit also features:

- In-unit washer & dryer
- Dishwasher
- Brand new gas stove
- High speed WiFi
- Two balconies with amazing views overlooking the city (pictured)
- A safe bike storage area
- You can optionally also have the TV in the bedroom (pictured), but if you don't want it I'm happy to get rid of it for you
