Hello! I am a stanford graduate student and am looking for a year lease in palo alto, menlo park, mountain view, or redwood city that starts at the end of July. My budget is 2300 and am looking for a minimum of 450 sqft. I have 2 cats so it will need to be pet friendly. I would be fine paying a pet deposit or a ~50$ pet rent. In-unit wash is not required but would be amazing!
