Hi I am looking for two female roommates (1 temporary, 1 long-term) ASAP. The apartment location is on the cross street of Arastradero Road and El Camino Real. 10 minute drive from Stanford campus, close to San Antonio Shopping Center.
I am leaving the state for a few months for a family emergency therefore looking for people to move in ASAP in August. I will return in January 2026, and would need Room 1 back at that point.
Room 1: I need someone to sub-lease my room from August to December. Rent is $1600, WiFi is $25. Utilities is ~$20 per month, but depends on monthly use. Fully furnished.
Room 2: I would like someone preferably longer term, but minimum stay is 6 months. Rent is $1500, WiFi is $25. Utilities is ~$20 per month, but depends on monthly use. Partially furnished.
There is a washer and dryer on the premise. The swimming pool is downstairs near the lobby. Packages get delivered to the lobby or your front door. There is plenty of street parking that is very safe, however 1 shaded parking spot will be available starting in September.
I am the primary owner of the lease therefore the rent money (as well as utility bill) would go to me so I can pay it through the portal. Safety deposit per person is $750, which you would get returned at move out. Leasing process consists of a background check and credit score check.
