I am looking for a bedroom for rent on August 1, 2025. I am looking to rent for short-term but am open to longer periods too. Ideally up to six months, but preferably around 2-4 months or so.
I am a Queer, Non-binary (AFAB) professional and I work at SMCH full-time in person. I am clean and quiet and enjoy getting to know the folks I live with also.
I've been living short-term in RWC the last 3-months and am having to move since the short-term lease is up at the end of July. I lived with two women in this house and am looking forward to meeting any future potential housemates.
For a room in a house/apt, I am looking for $1,200-$1,600/month but can be flexible for the right fit.
When not working, I enjoy going outdoors and sometimes go to SF to check out restaurants, parks, and other cultural/community events. I like to go to Dolores Park and hang out in the sun. On warmer days, I try to make it to the beach once or twice a month, but will go whenever I can find time. I also like watching some TV shows/movies or playing board games!
I do not smoke or drink or do drugs. I also do not have any pets. I do not have a partner, so it would just be me in the bedroom.
