I'm looking for someone to take the spot of my departing roommate in a 2B1B apartment in Palo Alto, 5 minutes away from Stanford.
The place is beautiful and rent is significantly below market rate—$2675/month total, or $1337.50 per person.
Some more details:
- The place was fully remodeled 2 years ago, so kitchen appliances (oven, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, sink), bathroom, and flooring are all new. The kitchen is quite large.
- Common areas are fully furnished as shown in the photos
- My current roommate is moving cross-country and taking little with him—you can take his bed, desk, bookshelf etc. or we can get rid of them depending on your preference.
- Our current lease term is up on August 1. I'm looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease renewal with, though there's flexibility on timing if you're moving a bit later.
- The apartment is just off El Camino in the Ventura neighborhood. It's a 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive to campus. Tons of street parking available right next to the place.
A little bit about myself: I'm a 24 year old male researcher at Stanford Law School with a background in engineering. I'm active, love to read and work on random projects, and am always happy to host people for dinner or a drink.
