Hi there, I am moving from the city and I will be looking for someone to takeover my lease in a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Mission Bay from September 2025-June 2026 with an option to resign and extend afterwards. I am flexible with dates and can prorate late-August to mid-September if you would like to move in earlier or later.
The place is fully furnished including a fully functional kitchen, a large bedroom with your own walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. I can include the pictured bedroom furniture for an extra price.
My roommate that would be your roommate for the two months is great. She’s in her early 30’s working for a non-profit in office most work days and is very easy to live and communicate with!
About the apartment:
⁃ Really large (1247 sq ft)
⁃ South facing with tons of natural lighting, floor to ceiling windows
⁃ In unit washer/dryer
⁃ Amazing amenities included - gym, fitness classes, climbing wall, basketball/badminton court, rooftop lounge and co-working, space, outdoor fire pit and grill
⁃ Spacious kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, and large granite kitchen island
⁃ Balcony
⁃ Front desk concierge with 24/7 hour security
- utilities are extra at about $150-$200 per month
- There is a $500 deposit to move in
About the location:
⁃ Convenient location that is across the street from Caltrain and multiple Muni lines (T, N, 30, 45, 15). Corporate shuttle stops are really close by (like Genentech).
⁃ Easy access to 101, 280, 80
⁃ < 5 min walk to Safeway, Gus’ Community Market (and 10 min bus to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Target)
⁃ Mission Bay neighborhood is really safe and clean. It also is one of the sunniest and warmest parts of the city!
