$1400/mo per room + 1/3 of utilities (usually $40-100/mo depending on heater usage)
Deposit is 1 month's rent
Location is SUPER convenient location — in the heart of Mountain View, 15 min walk to Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Target, 24 Hour Fitness, and Rengstorff Park. 10 minute drive to Castro St.
Walking distance to Meta and Google bus stops, 15-minute walk from Caltrain station.
Appliances are relatively new and in pristine condition.

We are two young East Asian females, one who WFH 2-3x a week, one who is going through a graduate program.
I mostly keep to myself, am quiet and respectful, open to being friends with roommates, open to roommates hosting occasional social gatherings (<10 people)
We lightly cook (mostly stir-fry and soups) and I am very sensitive to food odors and kitchen cleanliness, would prefer roommates who are similar
NO PETS except things that live in tanks
Prefer roommates who can stay at least 1 year or longer
Open to overnight guests for short stays only (negotiable)
