I'm a Stanford alum posting for my co-founder. We have two rooms available, with 1.5 baths available separately or together in a modern 3 bedroom house located 1 block (2 minute walk) from University Avenue, Palo Alto restaurants.
Duration: 12 months, August 1 2025 onwards
Price for room 1: $2400/month (with balcony)
Price for room 2: $2100/month (without balcony)
House description: Large 2 story, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house with two parkings. Recently renovated outdoor patio area with a nice deck, gazebo, golf practice net, and a yard (with orange, lemon trees). All three rooms are on the 2nd floor and the ground floor has a modern and spacious living room, with a large TV. Each room also is equipped with a 50 inch TV.
In-house laundry and newly installed heating and central air conditioning system.
The Master bedroom will be occupied by the owner, co-founder of an AI education startup, who will be traveling to India often.
Interests: avid golfer, learning new skills, movie nights, exploring fine dining.
