I’m (23F) looking for a sublet or apartment within a 15–20 minute walk to the Graduate School of Business (GSB), ideally as close as possible. My preferred move-in date is September 2nd, with a budget of $1,200–$1,700 per month. I would strongly prefer a place with a private bathroom.
