It's a furnished, very sunny, and clean room. It has its own bathroom so it is very convenient. The home is occupied by the owner. She is really the best!! She is very quiet, very kind and considerate. The house is about 4 miles from Stanford campus. WiFI is included. Utilities are shared with the owner. There is a parking slot, access to the backyard and the neighborhood is really nice.
No pets, No smoking, No drugs.
Requires one month deposit. Available on AUGUST 18, 2025.
