I’m (23-F) currently living in EVGR, and I’m looking for a sublet or apartment or room as close as possible to EVGR or within a 15–20 minute walk to the GSB. My ideal move-in date is September 2nd, and I’m hoping for a long-term lease (around a year) if possible.
