I’m looking for a sharp, execution-oriented partner to join me as COO and help build a mobile grooming and beauty care company reimagining senior care in America. This is a very very early-stage venture with big ambitions.
A little about me:
I just graduated from Stanford with a degree in Economics, and I’ve spent the past few years at the intersection of health systems and entrepreneurship. I’ve worked in research, strategy, and community health across the U.S and Africa , and have led projects with Stanford Medicine, global NGOs, and grassroots organizations.
About the role:
Millions of seniors in care homes lack consistent access to personalized grooming services, yet grooming is essential to dignity, hygiene, and mental well-being. The company will provide professional, on-site beauty and grooming care tailored for senior living communities.
Who I’m looking for:
A doer and builder, ideally someone with operational chops and experience in scaling logistics-heavy services or marketplaces. You’ll lead operations and backend systems, help shape the go-to-market and service delivery models, and work directly with me to refine the vision and strategy. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the company culture, product, and early team.
