The place is furnished and is two blocks from University Ave (downtown). It comes with a spacious bedroom, a private bathroom, and two balconies (one private to the room). The lease would begin August 20th and rent is 2.1k/month.

- Adele: A prolific biker and Ed Tech hustler/entrepreneur, she graduated from the Ed School school last spring
- Victor: A fitness enthusiast and connoisseur of banda and TikTok trends, he graduated from the STEP program last year and teaches at East Palo Alto high school
