I got this twin XL mattress in 2014, slept on it for a short while realizing it was too firm for me, and slept on a foam topper for the rest of its life. Especially in the last 4-5 years, the mattress has had light use as I was spending most nights at a different place.
You would need to arrange lifting, removal, and transportation of the mattress and box spring down the outdoor stairs from my second floor unit in Menlo Park, but you could park right by the stairwell.
