Hey everyone,
I am subletting a room in a 4B2B unit in Rains, Stanford’s graduate housing. It's a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, but you will only share the apartment with one other person (two rooms are empty for the summer).
The apartment is available asap and until August 17, 2025. The cost for your room will be 1,212 + 66 for utilities. This comes down to $1,278 total.
My roommate is a woman. She is a third-year PhD student in Electrical Engineering and is lovely. She enjoys rock climbing, spending time outdoors, and socializing with friends. She is barely in the apartment.
Laundry/dryer facilities are free and in the building next door.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
