hey! we're 2 Stanford folks (M, F) intending to apply to live in a beautiful, sunlit, house with 4 bedrooms. the 2 of them are somewhat connected and are very massive, but because of a weird victorian house layout, it wouldn't make sense to split the two and have two separate people live there (there's a door that can close technically still). so if you're a couple/couple of friends that would love to share a MASSIVE living space, this place is for you. the price: 2 * $1875 =$3,750.00 total + utilities. the place comes unfurnished, and has a functioning fireplace (in this bedroom offering) with amazing, big windows.

the house is located in the cole valley, very close to Whole Foods and different restaurants. yes it's somewhat premature, but if anyone wants hop on to fill the application out with us, let me know. within the next day or so.
