Hi! We are looking to fill the third bedroom of our cozy, pet-friendly 3bd/1.5ba home starting August 24th!
- Rent is $1300/mo, refundable deposit is $1000 and internet/utilities come to about $70-100 per person.
- Room comes furnished with a desk, chair, fan, and bed - approximately ~10’ x 12’. Furniture can be removed if not needed.
- 1 shower shared between you and 2 housemates
We have a full-access kitchen, private backyard, washer and dryer in-unit, ample parking, nice neighbors, and we’re located in a safe, bike-friendly neighborhood.
You’ll be a quick walk to Rengstorff & Heritage Park, Safeway, and Costco. CalTrain (San Antonio) and Downtown Mountain View (Castro St) are within 1-2 miles away.

A little about the housemates:
T (34M): Earned a PhD at Stanford and does cell research. He is laidback and loves gaming, listening to music, and traveling. He’s chill, creative, and fair.
L (Myself, 25M): Work at Stanford as a computer science education researcher. In my free time I enjoy playing video games, vintage shopping, and visiting friends in SF. I am kind, clean, and communicative.
