I’m looking for a 1 bed/1 bath in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment starting mid to end of September (flexible dates).
(Also open to lease transfers for affordable 1 bed/studio apartments)

Preferred areas: Palo Alto, Mountain View, Menlo Park, or Redwood City
Lease term: Preferably 1 year

If it’s a 2 bed/2 bath apartment, I’d love to share with a female, preferably vegetarian roommate who likes to keep the common spaces clean and tidy.
