I’m a recent Masters’ graduate from Stanford and working in a startup at University Avenue, Palo Alto.
- I’ve found a great 2B2B apartment in MTV. I’m looking for another person to join me.
- Total Rent: ~$4,000
- 5-minute walk from San Antonio Caltrain Station in Mountain View, and in a very safe neighbourhood. The Shopping Express supermarket complex (Walmart, Trader Joe's, Target, etc.) are at a walking distance.
- I’m a respectful and social person. I mostly stay in office during the weekdays and trips during the weekends, so mostly come to house to cook food and crash at night.
- Lease: 12 months
- Utilities: All included except PG&E
- Move-in Date: Mid-August (flexible for earlier)
- Move-in date will be 3rd week of August. But open to shifting earlier as well.
