Hi I am looking for someone to sublease my room temporarily from August to December. I prefer female only, you can move in ASAP.
It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Open kitchen with a dining and TV area. The other roommate is a Stanford healthcare employee, she is kind and quiet and clean.
The apartment location is on the cross street of Arastradero Road and El Camino Real. 10 minute drive from Stanford campus, and located close to San Antonio Shopping Center. The apartment building is called Union Plaza Apartments. It will be fully furnished.
I am leaving the state for a few months for a family emergency therefore looking for people to move in ASAP in August. I will return in January 2026, and would need the room back at that time.
Price breakdown:
Rent is $1600
WiFi is $25
Utilities is ~$20 per month, but depends on monthly use
Security deposit is $750 which will be reimbursed when you move out
I am the primary owner of the lease therefore the rent money (as well as utility bill) would go to me so I can pay it through the portal.
