I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 1B1B apartment with me in Palo Alto starting August/September

408 Grant Ave, Palo Alto CA
It's a very safe and clean apartment building
Amazing spot – restaurants, coffee shops, and the Farmers Market are literally downstairs
5 min walk to California Ave Caltrain Station
5 min bike ride to Stanford campus

[About the apartment]:
1B1B, but we converted the living room into a second bedroom with a noise-proof curtain between the dining area and living room
My current roommate (a Stanford researcher) lives in the living room and she is moving out mid-August
If you’d prefer the bedroom, I’m totally fine switching and taking the living room

[Lease]:
Current lease ends the first week of September
Looking for someone to renew the lease with me

[Rent]:
$1,322/month (total $2,655 split equally)
Utilities + WiFi are about $100/month

[About me]:
30F, full-time Tesla employee
Quiet, clean, and easygoing
No pets
I like reading, doing sports, running, playing the piano, traveling, photography, music during my free time
