Looking for a female roommate. My current roommate is leaving for grad school in August. Her room will be unfurnished.

2. Lease is month-to-month
3. Rent: $1,400
4. Security Deposit: $1300
5. Wifi: $15
6. PG&E: ~70 (higher during winter season)
7. Water and garbage: paid by landlord
8. Grocery stores with less than a 15 minute drive: Safeway, Grocery Outlet, and Trader Joes
9. Distance from Stanford University campus: 10 to 12 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike
10. Parking: You would need to purchase the Menlo Park Annual Parking Permit for street parking. My current roommate has the larger room with two closets, so to make things fair I park my car in the one parking spot provided by the landlord. Our apartment has other free parking spots; however, those are on first come first serve basis.
11. I'm looking for a female roommate who can help keep the shared spaces clean and organized, along with respecting quiet hours after 10:00 PM on week nights (Sunday - Thursday).
12. The living room and dining area are unfurnished because we weren't sure if we would live here long-term. I'm happy to furnish the areas together with the new roommate:)
