I’m (27M) a recent Masters’ graduate from Stanford and working in a startup at University Avenue, Palo Alto.
- I've been apartment hunting for the past few weeks in MTV and have shortlisted some great 2B2B and 3B2B options. I’m looking for great flatmates to join me!
- Per person rent <= 2K USD/month
- Walking/Bikeable distances from San Antonio Caltrain Station in Mountain View, and in safe neighbourhoods.
- I’m respectful and social. I mostly stay in office during the weekdays, so mostly come to house to cook food and crash at night.
- I’m a very clean person and keep my home tidy. I expect the same from my flatmate and it’s non-negotiable!
- Lease: 12 months
- Utilities: All included except PG&E.
- Move-in date will be 3rd week of August. But open to shifting earlier or later as well.
