We are renting 2 private bedrooms in a move-in ready home in Santa Clara, 95050. We are looking for 2 young adults who are respectful, clean and communicative to share this 3 bedroom home for a 12-month lease.
Renting Details:
- Working professionals or graduate students for a 12-month lease.
- Female only, ages 21-25 preferred.
- Rent includes utilities and WiFi. If excessive amounts of energy, water, etc. are used, there may be a fee to cover those extra costs.
- Rent is deducted the first of the month.
- Refundable Deposit of $2000 at sign in. At time of departure, the owner will review the state of the house, and all items in the home.
- Proof of income and credit score required.
- 2 bedrooms available:
- 1st bedroom: Partially furnished with desk, desk chair, and nightstand. You will need to bring your own bed. $1850 monthly rent + $2000 refundable security deposit at move in. Ready for move-in on September 1st.
- 2nd bedroom: Fully furnished with desk, desk chair, nightstand, and bed. $1950 monthly rent + $2000 refundable security deposit at move in. Ready for move-in on September 7th.
House Details and Amenities:
- Fully furnished kitchen, pantry space for your food, top of the line appliances
- Shared Bathroom for 2 housemates. It has 2 sinks (one per person) and 1 bathtub and shower.
- Hardwood floors (shoe free home)
- AC and Heater
- Washer and Dryer in laundry room inside the home
- Plenty of Parking
- Storage allowed in Garage
- Nice backyard
- Smoking free, party/drugs free, pets not preferred
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM

- Quiet neighborhood
- 5 minute walk distance to Santa Clara Square (Target, Sprouts, Walgreens, Chipotle, Peets, etc.)
- 5 minute drive/10 minute bike/20 minute walk to Santa Clara University
- 10 minute drive from Valley Fair/Santana Row
- 5 min drive/20 minute walk from Santa Clara Caltrain Station
- 20 minute Caltrain ride from Stanford
- 25 minute drive (non-traffic)/40 minute drive (traffic) to Stanford
Who you’d be living with:
A 23-year old working in medical research (female) at Stanford School of Medicine. I have lived with 2+ roommates for 5 years now.
