One private room is available any time in August 2025 for a six -months stay until February 28, 2026 (I’m teaching at Stanford, and will be moving back to this condo with my family in March 2026, so all tenants need to move out on or before March 1st, 2026).
The space is clean and quiet and is available furnished or unfurnished for one individual at $1500/month. This price includes utilities and amenities such as water, cable TV, electricity, pool, toilet paper, paper towels, bath and dish soap, in unit washer and dryer, secure bike storage area, and high speed internet. There is a clean shared living room, kitchen and bathroom for yourself and two other male renters (and third male renter lives in the master bedroom with his private bathroom). The location is approximately 10 minutes (by bicycle) from Stanford, with free Marguerite shuttle to Stanford from nearby California Ave. An extensive business district and train is located four blocks away.
