I'm looking for a room in an existing apartment or to find a female roommate who is also interested in leaving suburbia for a (more) thrilling time in SF! I'm open to neighborhoods but would ideally like to pay between 1800-2200 and be close to public transit. My lease is up Oct 3 and would like to move in a bit before then but am flexible. Year lease or month to month.
About me: early 30s, female postdoc at SOM. I WFH a few days a week. Lover of cooking and feeding guests and keeping the place clean and chill. I have a precious tuxedo cat who you will soon become endeared to. When I'm not working, you can find me training for long-distance races that I will complain about a lot, frequenting farmers markets, hiking in Marin, or getting beat at pickleball by the geriatric community. I do most of my socializing outside of the apartment but am always down to plan the occasional dinner party or movie night together.
