- 5 min to Edgewood Park and Red Morton Park, can walk to Stafford Park; quiet pretty neighborhood
- front and back yard, washer and dryer, plenty of natural light, garage and driveway as well as street parking nearby, one bedroom upstairs and one on ground floor
- home is somewhat furnished, bedrooms will be empty
- utilities not included, usually under $100 total per month depending on season
