We are two ladies in our mid-twenties looking for a new roommate in our gorgeous apartment in the heart of The Mission. Our current roommate will be finishing her time as a researcher at UCSF and leaving the city in September, so we are looking for another woman to take her room. The room is very spacious and comes with a large built-in closet. Rent is $1995/month + approx. $40/month for utilities.
Our apartment is the top floor of a classic SF Victorian-style building with a beautiful renovated kitchen, large living and dining rooms, hardwood floors, and loads of natural light throughout the day. We have in unit laundry and a dishwasher. Plus, a porch, a back garden patio with fruit trees, and a ground-floor garage for bikes and storage. Photos below!
We are ideally located near 18th and Valencia, just minutes away from tons of cafes, restaurants, bars, music venues, and Dolores Park, plus several bus stops and the 16th and Mission BART station.
About the roommates
Meghana (26): I’m a former master’s student in Electrical Engineering at Stanford, now living and working in the city for the past 2 years. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, staying active, cooking, and finding new things to do in the city.
Isabel (25): I’m a 4th-year PhD student in Chemical and Systems Biology at Stanford. Outside of lab, I like to run, read, cook, hike/camp, hang out with friends, and explore the city.
