Hi! We are a group of 4, 3 Fs 23-24, 1 M 23 - most of us working in tech and stanford grads, looking for one more person. It's a large beautiful house.

We have signed a lease a 10 min drive from campus and 20 minute bike. You would have your own bathroom, walk in wardrobe etc. The lease is September - June and would require credit checks and upfront payment of deposit + 2 months rent. Move in date is September 1st.
