Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate for a 9 month lease from Sept 21, 2025-June 21, 2026 in downtown Redwood City. There’s 1 bedroom available in a furnished 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit, and the bathroom will be shared. Must be queer friendly and not allergic to cats. I’m looking for an individual who keeps their space clean and organized.
Washer, dryer, stove/oven, and high speed internet are available. All furniture shown in the pictures will be included. Only one parking spot between the two residents, so one will have the garage spot and one will have to park on the street, but there is ample street parking around the neighborhood.
For context, I’m a female senior at Stanford finishing up my last year of my BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. I love to climb, hike, play ultimate frisbee, try new coffee and matcha shops, and watch TV/movies. I’ll have my cat Juno with me, and she loves to cuddle, sit in boxes and bags, and is very friendly.
The location is a 5 min walk to downtown Redwood city, 5 min drive to Stanford’s Redwood City campus, and a 20 minute drive to Stanford’s Palo Alto campus.
