~11 x 11 ft downstairs bedrooms have large closet, hardwood floors, double-pane windows, and shared bath-- can be furnished with bed, dresser and desk if desired. $1500/mo, month-to-month or lease term as you prefer (we don't want anyone to feel stuck).
The house is great:
*2 story, 4 bedroom 3 bath house, close to Caltrain, downtown Sunnyvale, shops on El Camino, Sprouts & Trader Joes, HWYs 280 & 101, etc.
*Back yard with hot tub, outdoor shower, sitting pagoda with bamboo waterfall pond, and large deck for bbq parties.
*Big living room with wood floors, fireplace, and large flat screen TV w/ surround sound.
*Dining room and kitchen with wrap-around bar, all appliances and amenities.
*Garage workshop with free washer/dryer and some storage space.
*Corner cul-de-sac with ample street parking.
*The park directly across the street has tennis courts, horseshoe pit, bbq picnic tables and a grassy fountain area.
*Sorry, no pets.
First and last months rent and $500 security deposit required. Shared utilities (typically avg. ~$120/mo) include: PG&E, Solar PPA, Sunnyvale Utilities (water, garbage, recycling), AT&T Fiber/wireless internet, and a bi-monthly cleaning service.
As for us, we're pretty easy-going mix (currently 2-males 1-female in our 30's/40's) with high stoke and low drama. We like to hit the farmer's market and cook up healthy meals, read a good book, play guitar, listen to music, watch a little Netflix or cast something. We enjoy yoga, swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, etc, and then come back and jump in the hot tub!
We are working professionals (NASA, Stanford), clean, responsible, and respectful, with good vibes, positive attitudes, and good communication. We celebrate in moderation, but alcohol and herb are no big deal to us (420 friendly). We're looking for a person who has a positive personality, enjoys conversation, and does his/her dishes (it's easy, there's even a dishwasher).
