I’ll soon be starting as a postdoc at Stanford Medicine (30 y/o, male), and I’m taking over a 1-year lease in Palo Alto. I’m looking for a professional, respectful, and easygoing roommate to share the apartment with (from September/October).
The apartment is fully furnished with big windows and plenty of light. Living room, dining room, kitchen, washing machine, etc.. its all there. The rent is $3,400/month in total. Happy to discuss how to fairly split the rent together.
About me: I’m friendly, sociable, and responsible, and I enjoy a clean and quiet living space. I’m looking for a roommate (he/she/they) who is respectful and tidy, but also friendly and up for a chat.
