I'm looking for a room that's within walking distance to transit, less than $1500 / month per person, has in unit washer/dryer, and ideally has its own bathroom. If you know of any rooms opening up, I'd love to connect! Also open to apartment hunting together.

I recently graduated with a master's and I'm starting a job in FiDi/Union Sq area in SF in October. I keep common spaces clean, respect people's privacy, and value communication.
