K - I'm a 27-year-old female engineer at SLAC. I love the outdoors (hiking, rock climbing, etc.) but also appreciate my time indoors. I'm a quiet roommate who values a sense of community in a shared living space. I strive to be eco-friendly by hang-drying my laundry and reusing plastic bags.
S - I was born and raised in Canada just outside of Toronto. I just wrapped up my 2nd year of engineering at the university of Waterloo. I’ll be doing an internship at Tesla as apart of my undergrad degree. Outside of that I’m a big outdoors person, love going on hiking and canoe trips whenever I can. I like to stay active, avid runner, rock climber, and basketball player.
Furry Friend:
Mona is an 8-year-old mutt, about 40 lbs, short and stocky. She's very friendly, and everyone loves her; even those who say they aren't dog people change their minds after spending time with her. She sleeps most of the day.
