Hello! We're moving out of our 3-bed, 2-bath corner apartment on Noel Drive and are looking for someone to take over the lease, which runs until the end of Feb 2026. You can move in ASAP, so it's a 6-month term that works out well if you're looking for flexibility or something that lines up better with the school year.
The apartment is an awesome, recently renovated space on the second floor with lots of natural light and great view! It has updated stainless steel appliances, double sinks in the master bath, a walk-in closet in the guest room, and more; parking is included, and the building also has a swimming pool + laundry.
It's pet-friendly (we've lived here happily with our 3 dogs) and is just 1 minute walk away from Menlo Park Caltrain, as well as 5 minutes from downtown Menlo Park and all the restaurants + shops it has to offer (incl. Trader Joe's!).
Attaching a mix of higher-quality pics from the company and pics from myself to show what it looks like furnished - I also have a walkthrough video that I can share upon request. It's a beautiful apartment and we're sad to leave, but we need to move because of a change in jobs, so we're offering to subsidize the rent for the rest of the lease period down from the original $4795 (which is on the lease) to $4295 via an upfront payment to you. If you're interested or know someone who might be, feel free to get in touch so I can show you around the place anytime!
