Key Responsibilities
• The Architect the Foundation — You will define our core architecture and choose the technologies that bring our platform to life, directly shaping the trajectory of both the product and the company.
• The Build and Launch from Zero to One — You will lead hands-on development of our MVP, establish engineering best practices, and cultivate a culture of technical excellence from day one.
• The Own the Future Technology Vision — You will proactively shape our long-term technical roadmap by continuously leveraging emerging technologies and AI advancements to keep our platform agile, innovative, and resilient amidst rapid technological change.
• The Lead and Inspire an Exceptional Team — You will attract, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence as fundamental values.
• The Act as the Technical Voice of the Venture — You will clearly communicate our technical vision and strategy to stakeholders and investors, inspiring confidence and enthusiasm in what we're creating.
Qualifications
• The Proven Builder — 10-20 years of hands-on engineering experience at fast-growing startups or innovative tech companies. You've successfully delivered products from concept to launch as an early engineer, technical lead, or founder.
• The Technical Excellence — Deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, modern programming languages, and full-stack development. Skilled in DevOps, automation, and engineering best practices, you thrive on the cutting edge, constantly exploring what's next.
• The Leadership & Influence — You energize teams, stakeholders, and investors by turning complex technical ideas into compelling stories, fostering alignment, confidence, and enthusiasm.
