We have two rooms available in our shared 3 bed, 2 bath house at 3924 El Camino Rd, Palo Alto, close to Stanford Research Park and Arastradero Rd.
I’m a male Stanford researcher in my 20s working in psychiatry/pharmacology/drug development. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast into climbing, biking, hiking, and more. I like to keep a chill, social house culture—sometimes having friends over, sometimes enjoying quiet downtime. I like to keep the space clean and organized, though I understand life can get busy.
I am looking for roommates who are clean, friendly, and open to building community. All genders welcome—as long as the vibes are right!
Move-in is ideally midway through September for one room and at the beginning of October for the second room.
Room Options:
• Room 1 (smaller): 7.5’ x 12’, with a sizable closet. Rent: $1200/month + utilities (~$100/month).
• Room 2 (larger): Slightly bigger than the first room, with more space for a small desk or furniture. Rent: $1300/month + utilities (~$100/month).
Both rooms come with access to:
• Full kitchen and common areas
• On-site laundry
• Both bathrooms (shared)
• Garage and storage space
• Parking (front or back of house)
