I have an amazing nanny that I would like to recommend!
Our nanny, Iris, has been extraordinary presence in our lives, and I feel very privileged to share just how much she has meant to our family.
We first met Iris before the birth of our baby, and from the very beginning, she showed remarkable patience and understanding. During my postpartum recovery, Iris provided far more than childcare. She gave me the best care I could have imagined. She prepared nourishing homemade soups and meals specifically to help me recover, and helped me out with house chores, showing me thoughtfulness that went beyond her role. She was kind and compassionate and really helped me as a first-time mother. I honestly don’t think I would have made it out without her help. The way she helped me plan and care for our baby gave me confidence and peace of mind every step of the way.
With our baby, Iris has been extremely intuitive and skilled. She knows what our baby needs and wants. Her extensive work experience with infants and children was evident from day one, and I can honestly say I learned more from her than from any book or class or advice I have received – from how to safely secure a car seat and to safely trim our baby’s nails, she taught me how to cook for our baby and how to help our baby meet the developmental milestones. My baby adores her, and it is such a relief to have someone who you can trust 100%.
Beyond her expertise, Iris brings a tremendous amount of genuine love and care. She is attentive, proactive, and incredibly respectful of our family’s values. As a mother who values socialization for my baby, I deeply appreciated how Iris took him to swim classes, story times, and the park when I couldn’t, due to work. My baby is also a picky eater, and I’m so thankful for the way Iris met his needs. She prepared nutritious, home-cooked meals with a diverse menu so he can experience different tastes and textures. My baby has always been healthy and thriving under her care.
You can truly see one’s passion for her work in the way she interacts with our baby. And really, she is a lot of fun to be with! She has truly become an extension of our family, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her in our lives. I cannot recommend anyone better than I can recommend Iris.
