I am a MS '24 Stanford alum looking for a new roommate for our apartment in the North Beach neighborhood of SF. My current roommate will be moving out closer to Stanford to finish his PhD. We have been living at this apartment for a year. Great location, quiet neighborhood with enough action nearby, and lots of space!
Highlights:
- Massive kitchen and private outside patio space - we have all the basics including fridge, pantry, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Plenty of space to host friends + dinner parties.
- Sunny bedroom and shared bathroom. Spacious bedroom with direct sunlight, bathroom is shared between two people, which has not been a problem so far.
- Prime location in the heart of North Beach. Two blocks from Washington Square Park, bars/restaurants, and Little Italy. Short 20 min walk to FiDi, Marina, Polk, and Nob Hill. On a quiet street so noise has never been an issue.
- Utilities (PGE/Water/WiFi) and once a month cleaning are included in the rent price. There is no in unit washer dryer, but the good thing is that there is a nice laundromat half a block away.
Rent: $2100 per month, this includes all utilities, Wifi, and once per month cleaning of the entire apartment.
About Me: I am 26M who works as a product manager at a large tech company. Clean, tidy, quiet, ambivert, and don't bring the party home. I play tennis, watch movies/tv, travel, and love to try new restaurants in the city.
